Full Van Conversions

We offer full van builds; converting empty vans to practical but homely campervans. 

Vans can be built for various purposes. From full time living, long travelling holidays, weekends away and vans better suited for day to day life; ready to turn a simple dog walk into more of an adventure!


Part conversions & upgrades

We offer part conversions for those of you who are keen to do parts yourself, and can work closely with you to achieve the dream! 

We also understand that full builds can be intimidating, so we are happy to discuss completing a full build in stages.

Heaters

RTR is a certified AutoTherm partner. These are reliable, as well as cheap to run diesel heaters. Heaters come with a 3 year (2000hr) manufacturer warranty for extra peace of mind.

We can also supply and fit heaters from Propex if you wish to use LPG as your fuel source for heating.

Truama combi air/water heaters can be supplied and fitted if desired.

LPG Tanks

We supply and fit underslung LPG tanks, which allows you to refill the tank from a LPG pump at the petrol station. This is more convenient when travelling and saves you money.

LPG tanks provide fuel for items such as hobs, cookers, air/water heaters and BBQ outlets.

All LPG/gas installations come tested by a gas safe engineer.

Electrics

Plan and install full electrical systems including

Plumbing

Planning and installations of plumbing systems into your van, from sink set-ups to full shower rooms.

Windows

Supply and fit of bonded glass windows to most vans.


Carpet Lining & Insulating 

Van load area carpet lining service available.  

To smarten up the rear of your van and it covers up any cosmetic damage to the inside. It has a warmer feel and provides sound deadening properties.

Sound deadening and insulation packages available if desired.

We only use high quality, tested products for all lining and insulation packages.

Non-camper conversions

At RTR we are also capable of taking on all types of van conversions, not just campers. If you have a requirement for a catering van/tailer or just a wild idea please get in touch, we always welcome the opportuinty of new projects!
